SOUTHERN REINS CENTER FOR EQUINE THERAPY’S 3rd SOUTHERN SUPPER RAISES MORE THAN $60,000 TO CHANGE LIVES THROUGHOUT THE MID-SOUTH

Memphis, TN, December 9, 2024 – Memphis Country Club provided an elegant backdrop for an unforgettable evening of Southern charm and generosity as Southern Reins Center for Equine Therapy hosted its 3rd Annual Southern Supper on November 21, 2024. Presented by Kimery Wealth Management, the event welcomed over 200 devoted supporters, raising more than $60,000 to empower individuals living with disabilities and hardship across the Mid-South.

Blending Southern sophistication with a heartfelt purpose, the evening began with a lively cocktail hour accompanied by the radiant melodies of The Bonfire Orchestra, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests were moved by an inspiring testimonial from Southern Reins’ participant Hunter Phillips, who shared his journey of growth and empowerment through adaptive horseback riding. A new and highly anticipated silent auction featured exclusive items and experiences, further energizing the night’s philanthropic efforts. The evening culminated in a family-style Southern dinner paired with wine as guests fostered meaningful connections united by a shared commitment to making a difference.

As Southern Reins’ signature fall event, Southern Supper generates vital funds to sustain and expand its transformative services. “We are incredibly proud to have served more than 1,000 children and adults living with disabilities and hardships throughout our community,” said Kim Jordan, Vice Chairman of the Board at Southern Reins, who co-hosted the event with her husband, Bryan. “The funds raised at Southern Supper will help us continue making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve, and we are profoundly grateful to our sponsors, donors, attendees, and volunteers for their unwavering support and dedication to our mission.”
