Program Coordinator and Instructor

Southern Reins Center for Equine Therapy is hiring a Program Coordinator and Instructor. The Program Coordinator and Instructor is a full-time position responsible for assisting the Program Director with the development, implementation, evaluation, record-keeping, and outreach related to all program activities, as well as providing high-quality, safe, and innovative lesson instruction to program participants. The ideal candidate must be a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) with a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a therapeutic riding instructor. Candidates must have proven horse knowledge, riding skills, and experience handling a variety of horses. Applicants with a Bachelor/Associate degree and certification as a PATH Intl. Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning is preferred. Weekend and evening work is required.
